Bayern Munich President Uli Hoeness believes that Malaga's exemption from European competition next season is 'unfair'.
The Andalusian side have been disqualified from playing in Europe next term after breaking Financial Fair Play rules.
But the Bavarian club's chief has claimed that it is not right to pick on the 'modest clubs'.
“If [UEFA President Michel] Platini is consistent then in future editions of the Champions League there are only going to be one or two big teams,” he told Servus.
“Platini should look into detail the dealings of our friends in Paris, Milan at Manchester City and other clubs with debts of €750m.
“I think it is good to clear things up, but it seems wrong to punish the modest club and not the big boys. I don't think that's fair.”
