Granada defender Inigo Lopez has described his side’s visit to Osasuna tomorrow as ‘a game of life and death.’
The match at El Sadar pits 17th against 18th, with Osasuna a point ahead of their Andalusian visitors.
“It’s a game of life and death and we have to give everything,” the 30-year-old defender told AS. “We knew from the beginning it would not be easy but we did not expect to be so down.”
Lopez has helped El Grana keep two clean sheets in their last three games.
“We are convinced that we will change the dynamics and the clean sheets are the first step towards doing so. We’ve also had a bit of bad luck at times. We aim to deploy a more attractive game. We will suffer, but must be calm.”
