Real Sociedad boss Philippe Montanier says there is very little between his side and Athletic Bilbao ahead of the Basque derby.
Montanier's Sociedad host Marcelo Bielsa's Athletic tomorrow at Anoeta with both Coaches trying to win back their fans faith after disappointing starts.
The Frenchman is especially keen to score a derby win at his third attempt, having lost 2-1 and 2-0 to the men from neighbouring Bizkaia province last season.
“Each encounter is different, there are no favourites,” said the former Valenciennes Coach.
He then gave his backing to Enaut Zubikarai, who will start in place of the injured Claudio Bravo, saying he has 'every confidence' in the reserve 'keeper.
“Athletic have great defensive and offensive potential, and many quality players that took them far in Europe. Fernando Llorente is one of the best strikers in the League, along with Karim Benzema.”
Sociedad and Athletic go into the game 14th and 16th respectively, and the visitors will leapfrog their hosts with a win.
