Boca Juniors have agreed the loan signing of goalkeeper Oscar Ustari from Getafe, subject to a medical, according to Mundo Deportivo.
The 26-year-old moved to the La Liga outfit in 2007, but has struggled with injuries during his time in Madrid and has managed just 41 La Liga appearances in five years.
Ustari is set to undergo medical tests with Boca on Tuesday ahead of completing a return to his homeland on an initial one-year loan.
The former Independiente star looks set to take over the No 1 spot with the Argentine side, following Sebastian Sosa’s move to Velez Sarsfield and an injury to Agustin Orion.
Subject to the move being completed in time, the Argentina international will take part in Boca’s upcoming friendlies in Colombia and Venezuela.
