Valencia are set to complete the season-long loan signing of Paris Saint-Germain winger Goncalo Guedes, say reports.
According to ESPN, the 20-year-old will move to the Mestalla this week despite reports linking him with a move to Monaco – where he was said to be part of a sensational deal to bring Kylian Mbappe to the Parc des Princes.
Guedes only joined the Parisians in January from Benfica but has started just one Ligue 1 match in his stint in the French capital, and could potentially replace the reportedly outbound Fabian Orellana in Los Che’s squad.
The Portuguese international is said to be a more realistic economic target for Valencia, who the report state had originally wanted PSG’s Lucas Moura, and remains in the long-term plans of Unai Emery’s side.
