Getafe defender Roberto Lago faces his former club Celta Vigo this week, and the 28-year-old has admitted it will be a great occasion.
The left-back spent six years with the Celestes but moved to the Azulones this summer, and he has admitted that he is still a Celta fan at heart, but won’t want them to win on Thursday.
“I always want Celta to win,” he told a Press conference. “Except in two days’ time when we’re trying to beat them!
“Celta are a bit different from last year, but it seems they have made some good signings.
“I grew up there and spent nearly my whole life at the club, so of course I am still a fan.
“If someone asks me which team I am, I don’t say Barca or Madrid, I say Celta.
“But I am happy with the decision I made in the summer.”
